Is your info safe?

YES

When you buy something from our store we collect the information you give, like your name, address, phone number, and email address. When you browse our store, we automatically get your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, it provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Sometimes we’ll send emails and/or SMS about new products and stuff, but only if you sign up for them first. We promise to never sell your information to any third person or business. Because that’s not cool.

Consent?

YES

When you give us personal information to make a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or organise a delivery or return, you’re consenting to us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a different reason, like marketing, we’ll either ask directly for your consent, or give you the opportunity to say, β€˜No, thanks’. You’re responsible and legally liable for any User Content that you submit. Including material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law or other proprietary rights laws without permission of the author or owner or subject featured in such submission, or defamatory comments. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold the Licensed Parties, and any person acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to the Licensed Parties’ use of your User Content.

The User Content that you submit is deemed non-confidential and the Licensed Parties have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in any submission, except pursuant to the Licensed Parties’ respective privacy policies. By using the Services, you are consenting to Fluff’s collection of any personal information you provide for Fluff’s use and disclosure in connection with the use of your User Content as described herein. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, please do not use the Services or otherwise provide Fluff with personal information by contacting bunnies@itsallfluff.com. Your personal information may be transferred to servers located outside the country in which you live or to affiliates or other trusted third parties based in other countries so that they may process personal information on Fluff’s behalf. By using the Services or otherwise providing Fluff with personal information, you agree to such collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing of your information in accordance with the terms of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Fluff reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Site, the Brand properties and the Services at any time, for any reason. Shopify?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They’re great. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Yay. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. That’s got to be safe, right? Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It’s encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it’s needed to finish your purchase transaction. After that’s done, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
