Your tracking will update as soon as your parcel is collected by Australia Post - and should arrive within 7-10 business days from pick up. Please keep in mind that Holiday's and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days.Β 

NZ Parcels will be delivered by Aus Post International, and takes around 10-25 business days, depending on your location.Β Please keep in mind that Holiday's and weekends are consideredΒ exemptΒ from normal business days.Β 

US Customers

International Customers

International Taxes + Duties

Please keep in mind that international ordersΒ do not include potential taxes and duties charges which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. The payment of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility. Refusal to pay customs taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case we reserve the right to charge customers any shipping fees associated.

Returns

You can return your item within 42 days of receiving it, after chatting with our team, for a full refund or an exchange. We do this because we believe in and stand by our product, and you’ll have to have a pretty good reason for wanting to return it, and we’d like to honour that. Why 42 days? Why not?
