Fluff currently ships around the world. 

Global Shipping $9.95 AUD (Converts to local currency)

Free Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

AUSTRALIA + NZ: 

Domestic tracking will update as soon as your parcel is collected by Australia Post. From this point, your parcel should arrive within 3-5 business days days (regular post)

NZ orders may take between 10-14 business days once picked up by Australia Post. Tracking will be sent accordingly. Please note international custom fees may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Fluff.

USA:

Tracking will update as soon as your parcel is collected by our courier. From this point, your parcel should arrive within 3-5 business days days (regular post) Please keep in mind that Holiday's and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days. 

REST OF WORLD:

Duties & Taxes. For international orders outside of Aus, US, NZ, please keep in mind that the RRP does not include potential taxes and duties charges which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. Change of mind and refunds due to duties is not possible in this instance.

RETURNS

You can return your item within 42 days of receiving it, after chatting with our team, for a full refund or an exchange. We do this because we believe in and stand by our product, and you’ll have to have a pretty good reason for wanting to return it, and we’d like to honour that. Why 42 days? Why not?
